Living History Summer Camps
Living History Summer Camp at the Philip Foster Farm is the perfect way to get a bit deeper into the pioneer life experience. All camps are limited to 25 campers, so register early. Check out our 2013 weeklong day camps, and overnight camp for girls:
Summer Camps on the Oregon Trail
2013 day camps
Each camp is one week long, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Mon-Fri, for ages 7-12. Camp will be held the weeks of June 24-28 and July 29-August 2nd.
Cost is $150.00, plus a $50.00 refundable deposit for the period clothing issued to your child for the week.
A maximum of 25 students each week will work with experienced crafters, learning important pioneer skills and bringing the Philip Foster Farm to life.
Download the registration form here. Enclose a deposit check of $50.00 made out to “JZH” with the completed registration form and mail to: JZH, P.O. Box 1040, Estacada, OR 97023. Deposit will be refunded upon safe return of issued clothing, or in the event there are not enough registrations to hold the camp.
Overnight Girls’ Camp for ages 12-14 – Wednesday to Friday, July 10- 12, 2013.
9:00 Wednesday to 3:00 Friday. Cost is $150.00 plus the $50.00 costume deposit. Includes all meals except Wednesday’s lunch. Download Registration form here. Bring a sack lunch, closed-toed shoes, and a labeled cup or water bottle.
